 HAPPY THURSDAY! The beginning of class was really fun mr. Rease was very late so I got to talk with my friends. We stared answering questions about the play fences. I’m a little behind because I wasn’t here on Tuesday. I have a game tonight but I can’t cheer because I have math tutoring.

 HAPPY MONDAY! Today in class we started the play “Fences” by August Wilson. We started analyzing the title and the introduction texts. We spent a lot of time talking about the background of the title what we think it means. We also talked about the setting and what affect we think it will have on the story. I don’t have cheer today so I get yo go home and rest. 

 HAPPY FRIDAY! Today I’m class we finish the film “On The Way To School”. This film was very interesting to watch. It thought me a lot about what different people and what kind of conditions they live in. We finished a work packet we wrote about the film talking about what we learned and our perspective on the film. I’m so excited that the team is cheering at the basketball game tonight I can’t wait!

 HAPPY THURSDAY! Today in class we took an assessment on The Rockpile. I feel really confident in my score. When everyone finished we started watching a movie called “On The Way To School”. It is very interesting to learn about what people from different cultures and backgrounds. Today I get to go home after school I don’t have cheer or a game.

 HAPPY TUESDAY! Today in class we had an assignment called The Rockpile Illustration. It was very hard to think about 10 rules from being in my neighborhood that my parents gave me. I had a lot of fun drawing my house. I have a game to cheer at tonight but I won’t be able to make it sadly.

 

 HAPPY MONDAY! Today in class we had a sub. We got a sheet called The Rockpile discussion questions. I wasn’t here Friday so I spent the class reading the rock pile and trying my best to answer the questions. I’m going to finish this assignment later because I ran out of time. I don’t have cheer practice today. So I can go home and get rest because I had a very long weekend!

 Happy Monday! Today in class we presented the poems we wrote. The poem I wrote was titled cheer. I wrote about cheer because it means a lot to me and is a big part of my life. I don’t have cheer today and we don’t have school tomorrow!

 HAPPY FRIDAY! Today in class we too an assessment. It was on the poem we have been working on the week. I don’t know how confident I am in my answers but I tried my best. I get to cheer at the game tonight!

 HAPPY THURSDAY! Today in class we wrote our own poems. I wrote my poem about cheerleading because it’s a big part of my life. It was very hard to write a poem that went on for 40 lines. But I did it! I don’t have cheer today.
